Effluent Treatment Plant

Effluent Treatment Plant:

ETP or Effluent Treatment Plant is designed to treat wastewater from industries before discharging it into the environment to reduce the risk of exposure to these toxic pollutants.
The ETP involves the various stages of treating the wastewater before releasing it, which include the physical-chemical process and biological and membrane processes like equalization, coagulation, sedimentation, and filtration.
The ETP treatment procedure goes through a collection tank, neutralization tank, primary clarifier, aeration tank-1, Secondary clarifier, aeration tank-2, Secondary clarifier-2, chlorination tank, filter press, and storage tank.
Maintaining the proper working conditions of the ETP requires continuous monitoring to validate the adequacy.
MSK offers authentication of ETP adequacy of various industries by evaluating the performance efficiency of effluent treatment plants. f) The Adequacy Report of ETP covers various aspects of the design flow rate, scheme, treatment process, process units, and phases involved in the primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment stages.
