BESCL, Bhilai Electric Supply Company (P) Ltd. is a 50:50 joint venture between NTPC and SAIL. BESCL was formed to supply power to SAIL plants in Bhilai, Durgapur and Rourkela. MSK received a 2 years contract from NSPCL for sampling and analysis of Environmental Monitoring work which includes Ambient Air, Stack, Effluent Water, Noise and Soil.
